Experience salmon and halibut fishing at its best! Reel them in year-round! As well as trophy-sized Chinooks (May-September), you can hook cohos, sockeye and chum (June-October). Red snapper, sea-bass and feeder springs can be caught year round. Halibut fishing is great early in the season, when they are closer to shore but are plentyful all summer. Bring your prawn traps - drop them on your way out and haul them up on your way back. Be warned though! Humpback whales and sea otters may distract you from fishing!
