Drive
Zeballos is located on Vancouver Island's West Coast.
From Victoria, (5.5 hours) drive north on Highway 1. When you reach Nanaimo (4 hours) take Hwy19 past Campbell River, Sayward Junction, and Woss Junction. Stay on Hwy 19 for another 20 km past Woss. Then turn left on to Zeballos Road and drive 40 km on the Forest Access Road (this bit is unpaved).
Come by sea
Follow nautical charts 3675, 3676, 3677 to reach Zeballos. You will find moorage at Zeballos Small Craft Harbours. There is a fuel dock and a general store. If you bring your own boat, there is a good boat launch next to the wharf.
Book a water taxi
Zeballos Expeditions provides water taxi service and kayak shuttles from Zeballos to all outlying areas including Tahsis, Esperanza, Nuchatlitz Park, Port Eliza, Friendly Cove, and Louie Bay.
Getting to Vancouver Island
Travel with BC Ferries to Victoria, Nanaimo and Port Hardy

Take a scheduled flight to any of the main towns and cities on Vancouver Island: Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtenay,
Campbell River, and Port Hardy, then rent a car and drive.
Charter plane service is available to Zeballos.
